The Body Change 84 Day Fat To Fit Program is an accelerated fitness, bodybuilding and weight-loss program that:

  • Helps you lose weight and get in shape quickly.
  • Teaches you how to develop a healthy diet based on fat-burning "superfoods," nutritionally rich foods that offer tremendous dietary and healing potential.

What You Get:

With the Body Change 84 day program, you will:

  • Be measured in the beginning to establish baseline measurements.
  • Be given a weight-loss goal.
  • Set a start date and an end date to meet your goals
  • Know your lean body mass percentage (LBM.)
  • Know your body fat percentage (BF.)
  • Be given a custom-designed fat-burning eating program based on your LBM, BF and current weight.
    • This will determine the amount of protein, carbs and fats that you will need to take in.
  • Receive two weeks with a fitness trainer to learn the use of kettlebells (M-F)
  • Attend an orientation class, where you will:
    • Go over food groups
    • Receive program book
    • Learn what foods to avoid
  • Our goals for you include:
    • Increase LBM / BF ratio
    • Speed up your metabolism
    • Increase your strength
    • Speed up the body
