try our new resistance cardio classes, or “plays.”
Made up of several weight-bearing moves; the plays provide variety.
Get a full body workout and leave feeling as if you’ve had a rewarding workout.

before & after photos of people from our community. Their pictures are showcased in our facility. Many times you see ads featuring people that you do not know claiming to have lost weight.
