Q: When people ask you what you like about Body Change and its program, what do you tell them?
A: Everything.

The eating program (which is one that you can live with) there are
so many recipes and a cooking class.

The workouts that range from 15 to 30 minutes.

The support that I get from everyone at Body Change is amazing.
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: My niece Abby did the program in Jim’s garage, that was in June 2004. In August
of 2005 my friend Cathi signed us up and I have never looked back.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: What keeps me there is that it works. I feel better inside and out with more energy.
My favorite compliment was, “Where did your butt go?”!
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: My challenge is to keep my carbs and my sweets in control. And remembering to eat protein with my carbs.
I am a carboholic!
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of being a part of this program
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: What I want people to know about me is: Don’t ask me about Body Change unless you have a whole day to sit and to listen. I have tried every diet and exercise book on the market; I have also taken diet pills, tried LA Weight Loss
and Weight Watchers diet programs. They did work but within a year or so the weight came back.
Body Change changed my body. I found out how to eat right with exercise.
