Q: When people ask you what you like about Body Change and its program, what do you tell them?
A: Body Change showed me how to eat, what to eat and when to eat. I don’t feel like I have to starve myself. Also, I am not working out for hours killing myself. I can workout for 30 minutes and feel like ‘what an accomplishment!’
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: My sister-in-law, Christy Ellis. She knew of a lady that had gone through the program and had amazing results.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: I love the program! I love the people – most of all the results! My favorite compliment would be, “How do you stay fit!” – Body Change, of course!
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: My biggest challenge would be eating my 5 meals a day. And trying to stay away from M&M’s and ice cream. I deal with it by treating myself
some days and getting back on track the next meal or the next day.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: How I feel! I feel great!
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: Body Change has definitely changed me in many ways. Mostly, how I feel physically and mentally.
