Q: When people ask you what you like about Body Change and its program, what do you tell them?
A: It works!! Body Change has been the first
fitness program that I have been able to stick to and lose weight.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: Family-like feeling and environment. My best compliment has to be my legs! I’ve always had large calves. I could never wear tall boots or straight – legged jeans because of my calves.
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: Committing yourself 3-4 nights every week to workout. I deal with it by telling myself
it’s just an hour a day to look good and to be healthy.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: That I am doing something for me!
