Q: When people ask you what you like about BC and its program, what do you tell them?
A: It’s easy, affordable and fun. The staff is very willing, energetic and helpful. You don’t have to buy expensive foods. It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change that I can live with. I first signed up so I could lose a few pounds, to my surprise I
lost 54 pounds and several inches. This program is not hard, but fun, if you work at it. I have enjoyed every minute.
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: I started with my sister-in-law who knew people that had completed the program and were successful. They lost weight and kept it off. Of course, my sister-in-law quit after two months, but I continued with the program.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: I don’t get tired of the program as there are always new things to do and you don’t get into a rut.
A: My husband, family and friends compliment me on how good I look. The program agrees with me and
everyone has noticed the change.
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: When I started I had some heart problems and back problems. In doing this program I believe that my health has improved.
Feeling healthier and better keeps me going and pushing myself to continue. If you think of negative compared to positive, I believe that positive rules.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of keeping my weight off and losing inches. It seems easy, not a constant battle. It just seems natural to eat your protein and carbs every three to four hours. It keeps my metabolism even.
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: This is a great program and I would recommend it to everyone. It is good for all ages, young as well as older people. I believe that this program has changed my life and has made me much healthier. I have more energy. Everyone, staff and other clients, are friendly and very willing to help each other.
