Q: When people ask you what you like about BC and its program, what do you tell them?
A: I really like the fact that everyone does the same workout so you can focus on those exercises and get better at them. I also like all the people that are there. They are very friendly.
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: My mom started BC about a year before me. I saw that she really liked it so I decided to join.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: I enjoy working out and trying to get stronger. Plus the people and friends that I have made. I don’t really have a favorite compliment. But I do like seeing people that I haven’t seen for a while and seeing their reaction.
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: My biggest challenge has been my eating, especially after my photo shoot.
If I mess up on the diet, I just try and get right back at it.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of the fact that I’ve had people tell me that I inspire them to do the same.
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: I want people to know that I think everyday is a struggle for people with a weight problem but
BC can help because everyone there is dealing with the same struggles and understands what it is like.
