Q: When people ask you what you like about BC and its program, what do you tell them?
A: The results. Compared to everything else that I have tried,
this program works!
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: While going to breakfast with my husband one Sunday morning, we drove by Body Change Fitness Studio. My husband made the comment that if a person were really determined to lose weight that was the place to go. At that time
I weighed 165 lbs. and always thought that at my age (50+) I would never be small again. That was my excuse. So I checked out BC to see if he was right, and I could be small again. No excuse! I’ll be a lifetime member.
My husband is so proud of me now!
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: The workout and the maintenance program and the friends that I have made. My favorite compliment would have to be that
before BC I looked ‘Matronly’ Now I look so young!
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: The eating program and getting 5-6 meals in per day. If I slip up and overeat, I still make sure I pick up and
never skip a meal just because I over-ate one meal. And I always have eggs for my last meal before I go to bed.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: The muscles in my arms. I never thought that I could ever develop muscles.
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: Let Body Change change you! Take the challenge for 84 days and you will see the change for yourself! I did.
And it changed me and my life!
