Q: When people ask you what you like about Body Change and its program, what do you tell them?
A: How good eating the right foods make me feel.
Q: What or who brought you to BC? What had you heard about the program?
A: I heard about Body Change from my good friend Tom. It was spring of 2005 and we were planning a hunting trip to Colorado in September. Tom and his wife Cindy just finished their BC.
He told me how great he felt and that I would be able to hunt harder in the mountains if I were in better physical shape. It worked. I killed a 5x5 bull elk with my bow on that trip.
Q: What keeps you at BC? What has been your favorite compliment?
A: I stay at BC because I realize I have made a lifestyle change and I won’t go back to the person I was. It helps to keep me focused on lifting heavy and eating the right foods. I am 37 and in the best shape of my life. Some days I don't feel like working out
or exercising, but I always go. I feel better when I'm finished. I also enjoy the friendship I have made with Jim and Sue.
Q: What is your challenge with the program? How do you deal with it?
A: Staying focused on my eating. I look at myself in the mirror, if I don’t like what I see, I get serious about hitting my numbers.
Q: What are you most proud of?
A: I’m 37 and in the best shape of my life.
Q: What do you want people to know about BC?
A: One of the best things about BC is the people. There are so many different backgrounds.
I have learned a lot from the people that I have met and
have made many new friends.
