What got you started?
A:
I just decided I needed to make a change.
Q: How did you do it?
A:
I used the Body Change Program in Terre Haute, IN. It's called "Fat-to-Fit in 84 Days".
It's not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. They train you on the proper foods to eat and encourage exercise with the use of personal trainers. 3-days of cardio and 3-days of weights. They encourage you to watch Carbs, Proteins, and Fats {depending on your lean mass & lifestyle they tell you how much of each you need and how to eat the right foods to achieve those targets.
Q: What kept you going?
A: "Seeing results in weight loss."
After the first 30 days Brad had lost 32 lbs.
Q: What obstacles did you find the hardest along the way?
A: You have to stay focused on the foods. Eating the right food, portions, and at the right times of the day make the difference.

This program gives you the tools for a healthier life including cooking classes with recipe samples.

And unlike with other programs, you are not starved - you are educated on how often to eat, the correct food choices, portion sizes, etc. Add in some exercise and it drops off even faster.
Q: How has the program changed you?
A:
Energy; losing the weight boosted the energy which has changed my whole life.
You feel better once you begin to exercise regularly - which becomes a habit you enjoy. Your clothes fit better, you look better and that boosts your self-esteem and everything about you.
Q: What do you have to do to maintain?
A:
Make sure you stay active and eat healthy. Once you've gotten the right tools to use to make the change, you just eat right and exercise. You can continue to go to Body Change's Gym or incorporate the same exercises at another gym or your own home.
